Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before applying to or participating in any retreat program ("Retreat") offered by Psychedelia Retreats ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application, you signify your agreement to these outlined Terms. Full, detailed Terms and Conditions, including specific payment, cancellation, and participation agreements, will be provided during the comprehensive intake and informed consent process.

1. Eligibility and Screening

Participation in the Retreat is subject to successful completion of our medical and psychological screening process. We reserve the right to decline an application if, in our sole discretion, participation is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the applicant or the group.

2. Program and Services

The Retreat includes psilocybin-assisted ceremonies, accommodation, meals, workshops, integration support, and airport transfers as detailed on our website. Airfare to/from Jamaica and travel insurance are not included.

3. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Detailed information regarding retreat fees, deposit requirements, payment schedules, and cancellation/refund policies will be provided prior to any financial commitment. Generally, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, honestly, and with consideration for all other participants and facilitators. A detailed code of conduct will be provided, and adherence is required to maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

5. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer

You acknowledge that participation in psychedelic experiences carries inherent risks, even in a legally sanctioned and professionally supported setting. This Retreat is educational and exploratory and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment, nor is it a guaranteed cure for any condition. You agree to assume all risks associated with your participation.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and experiences shared during the retreat, within the limits of legal and ethical obligations. Group participants are also expected to uphold the confidentiality of experiences shared within the group.

7. Legal Compliance (Psilocybin)

While psilocybin is legal for use in a retreat setting in Jamaica, it may be illegal in your country of residence or transit. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with all local laws regarding controlled substances.

8. Program Changes

While we endeavor to deliver the program as described, we reserve the right to make necessary modifications to the itinerary, facilitators, or content due to unforeseen circumstances, always prioritizing participant safety and experience quality.
